Winter Watch

$75/per month

Monthly winter property check — water balancing, safety cover clearing and adjustment, equipment monitoring, and as-needed vacuuming, brushing, and skimming. One visit per month starting 1 month after pool closes, ending 2 months before pool opens.

Pool Cover Cleaning + Storage

$50/per month

Seasonal cleaning and storage for your pool cover. Functional cover bag required. Cleaning is included with storage.

Billing & Payment FAQs

Can I sign up mid-season?
Absolutely! Mid-season sign-ups are not a problem. Choose the 16-week plan at checkout and your pricing will be customized during onboarding based on your actual remaining weeks of service.
How do I pay for service?
Credit card or ACH payments. Customers can either pay monthly (service contract broken up into 12 parts) or all at once.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we require 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle for the year.
What if I have a problem between service visits?
Contact us anytime! We'll provide troubleshooting tips or schedule an additional visit if needed.
Do you offer warranties on equipment repairs?
We honor manufacturer warranties on parts we install. Service warranties vary by repair type. Quotes cover installation of specified pool equipment. Customer is responsible for ensuring pool equipment and plumbing are in proper working order prior to installation. Additional work due to system incompatibility, pre-existing malfunctions, or local code compliance will be quoted separately.
